These Terms govern the use of the astra-group.ua website. By visiting the website or submitting an inquiry through it, you confirm that you have read the Terms and agree to comply with them.

2. Purpose of the website. The website is a corporate information resource about the Company, agricultural machinery, spare parts, and related service, financial, and other services. The forms can be used to request a consultation or contact with a representative.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, information about products, models, specifications, availability, timelines, financing, and estimated price is for reference only, does not constitute a public offer, and does not by itself create an obligation to enter into a contract. Final terms are set out in an individual proposal and/or a separate contract.
4. Accuracy of information. We strive to keep the materials accurate and up to date; however, manufacturers may change the configuration, specifications, appearance, and availability of products. Before deciding to purchase or order a service, please confirm the material terms with a Company representative. You can report any error you find to our email.

The new version takes effect from the moment of publication on this page, unless a later date is specified therein, and does not retroactively change separate contracts already concluded.
14. Governing law and disputes. The use of the website is governed by the legislation of Ukraine. A dispute should first be settled by contacting the Company; if no agreement is reached, it is resolved by a competent court in the manner established by law. This provision does not deprive a consumer of the right to apply to a court or competent authority under the rules of mandatory jurisdiction.
