Privacy Policy

2. Scope. This Policy applies to data we receive when you visit the website, fill in forms, request a consultation, service, test drive, financing, or make any other inquiry. It does not govern independent third-party websites that we link to.

3. What data we process. Depending on the form, this may include: company name, first name, last name, email, phone number, locality and KOATUU code, purpose of inquiry, selected equipment type and brand, language, page address, date and time of the inquiry, and consent confirmation. To operate and protect the website, we may also process the IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referrer, technical identifiers, request logs, and error data.

4. Sources of data. We receive data directly from you, automatically from your browser and our server infrastructure, and from technical service providers when necessary for security, delivering your inquiry, or the operation of embedded content.

5. Purpose and legal grounds. We process data to respond to inquiries, prepare a proposal, arrange a sale or service, keep records of requests, ensure the operation and security of the website, prevent abuse, comply with legal requirements, and protect the Company’s legitimate interests. The legal grounds are: your informed consent; the necessity to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract or to perform a contract; a legal obligation; or a legitimate interest, where it is not overridden by your rights. Optional analytics or advertising technologies are applied only after obtaining the appropriate consent.

6. Cookies and similar technologies. The website uses necessary cookies to remember your selected language and cookie preferences. Current categories, providers, and retention periods are available in the “Cookie Settings” window, which can be opened via the button in the bottom-left corner of the website. You can change or withdraw your choice there. Declining optional cookies must not deprive you of access to the website’s core content.

7. Embedded services. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect forms; during verification, Cloudflare may receive technical data, including the IP address and browser information. Videos may be played via YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode; once a video is started, Google/YouTube may process technical and interaction data under its own rules.

8. Who may receive the data. Access may be granted only to Company employees who need it to handle an inquiry, and to engaged data processors: hosting and technical support providers, CRM and integration service providers, Cloudflare, and — for a video you launch — Google/YouTube. Data may also be disclosed to government authorities or other persons where required by law or necessary to protect the Company’s rights. We do not sell personal data.

9. Transfers outside Ukraine. Certain technical providers may process data in other countries. In such cases, the transfer is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and with appropriate contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards, or on another lawful basis.

10. Retention period. Data is stored no longer than necessary for the stated purposes. Inquiries and related correspondence are retained for the duration of handling the request and, after its completion, for the period required to perform a contract, comply with mandatory requirements, accounting and archival record-keeping, and defence against legal claims. Technical logs are retained in accordance with security and hosting settings. Once the relevant period expires, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymised.

11. Data protection. We apply organisational and technical measures, including access control, protection of the administrative area, form validation, backups, and monitoring of technical events. However, no method of transmission or storage guarantees absolute security.

12. Your rights. You have the rights set out in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”: to know the sources, location, purpose, and terms of processing; to access your data; to demand correction or destruction of unlawfully processed or inaccurate data; to object to processing; to withdraw consent; to know the mechanism of automated processing; to be protected from an automated decision with legal consequences; and to apply to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing and does not stop processing for which another lawful basis exists.

13. How to exercise your rights. Send a request to office@astra-group.ua or to the Company’s postal address. To protect against disclosure to a third party, we may ask for information needed to confirm your identity and locate the relevant record. We will respond within the statutory time limits (in particular, review of the request — up to 10 business days; fulfilment — up to 30 calendar days).

14. Children’s data. The website is intended for adults and business representatives. We do not knowingly collect children’s data through the website. If you believe a child has provided us with data without proper consent, please notify us so we can review and delete it, unless another lawful basis applies.

15. Changes to the Policy. We may update the Policy in the event of changes in legislation, website functionality, or providers. The current version is always published on this page, indicating the update date. Material changes requiring new consent will not apply to previously collected data without an appropriate legal basis.
