Benefits

• The MAN D26 engine with internal and external refinements for even more efficient fuel consumption — 6 cylinders, 12.4 litres displacement, a variable-geometry turbocharger with an engine braking function and the Fendt iD low-engine-speed concept (operating range 650 to 1700 rpm). All models feature DynamicPerformance, an intelligent concept for increasing tractive power. Maximum power with DP to ECE R 120 for the 1052 Vario: 405 kW / 550 hp.
• The efficient, fuel-saving VarioDrive transmission (TA400) transmits power directly to both tractor axles. The front and rear axles are controlled independently, which opens up new possibilities for the Fendt 1000 Vario series: better ground grip, fully automatic all-wheel drive and improved manoeuvrability. Speed from 0.02 to 60 km/h.
• The independent front axle suspension with 300 mm of travel delivers maximum tractive power in the field through continuous wheel-to-ground contact and by eliminating pitching. Another distinct advantage is that the front axle is maintenance-free, which benefits the service life of the assembly.
• The Fendt 1000 Vario has separate oil systems for transmission and hydraulic oil, preventing dirt from entering and damaging the transmission.
• A pioneering 360° lighting concept for the work lights on the cab roof and inside the cab — up to 120,500 lumens (with the UltraVision system).
• An absolute first: factory-fitted 480 Row Crop dual tyres. The new concept — comprising tyres, an adjustable rear axle, a dual wheel hub, a spacer, wheel ballast and a frame for mounting front ballast — is available ex works. The overall vehicle width therefore stays below 3.5 m, which simplifies vehicle registration.
